Bluebird is a PSH project developed to address the needs of Boulder residents experiencing homelessness. The 40-unit apartment building includes 8 studios and 32 one-bedrooms leased at 30% AMI. Employing trauma-informed design principles, Bluebird was designed so that residents may thrive as they enjoy furnished units, WiFi, EcoPasses, laundry, security, and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces with unparalleled mountain views.
