Olympic marathoner Feyisa Liles

Ethiopian marathoner Feyisa Lilesa won the silver medal in Rio in the marathon -- and as he crossed the finish line he raised his arms above his head and crossed them in an X, a gesture of protest against the Ethiopian government.

After the Olympics, he didn't return home to Ethiopia for fear of what the government would do to him. He has settled in Flagstaff and his wife and two young children just joined him there last week.
